Our strength training programs are weight neutral meaning while they may lead to a change in your weight or how your body looks, the focus of the programs are on how you FEEL. We want our clients to develop strength, stamina, and confidence in their bodies, and our programs help them do that. These individualized programs are suitable for men and women, adults and teens. We also have programs suitable for high school and college aged athletes to improve athletic performance.
