NUTRITION COUNSELING AND COACHING

Food Allergies/Sensitivities

If you have been diagnosed with a food allergy, sensitivity, or simply know that your body doesn't tolerate certain foods, life can be frustrating. Eating out, planning ahead, and feeling safe around food is a challenge. Using the patented MRT (Mediator Release Testing) and LEAP ImmunoCalm Dietary Program, elimination diets, or simple detective work, we will figure out what your food triggers are so you don’t have to avoid foods unnecessarily. Restrictive elimination diets are not meant to be followed long term and can often lead to nutritional deficiencies and damage your relationship with food. We can help you identify the foods you should avoid, get all the nutrients your body needs, and do it in a way that doesn’t interfere with life.

Digestive Disorders

We specialize in nutritional therapy for the treatment of IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Celiac Disease, Diverticulitis/Diverticulosis, GERD, and more. All of our dietitians are trained in the interpretation of GI-related testing, complications, and various treatment modalities. We frequently work with gastroenterologists and other treatment team members to get our clients feeling NORMAL again.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are not a cry for attention, a phase, or something you will grow out of. They are serious medical conditions and deserve treatment at any stage. You may not even realize you have an eating disorder but know that your thoughts about your body and food are dysfunctional and not normal.

Regardless of what your relationship with food is like, or how bad you think your disorder is, you CAN get better. Fortunately, disordered eating is treatable, and we are here to help you. We will work with you to create a personalized path to recovery that teaches you to trust your body and food again. Exercise will become a pleasure instead of a full-time job. You CAN have a life again. The first step is to ask for help. Schedule your discovery call or book an appointment today. Sports Nutrition

We work with many different athletes including triathletes, track, and cross-country runners to improve their recovery, speed, and endurance in preparation for race day. Our clients range from high school athletes to NCAA athletes and adult hobbyists.

Our clients eat more, train harder, and set personal records. If you are investing that much time, energy, and emotion into an event, you want to have the absolute best chance for success. Nutrition is the missing piece.

Work with us to find the best pre and post-workout fueling strategies, mid-workout protocols, get a personalized hydration protocol, and a pre-race one week meal plan.

Our current partnerships include Wright State University and The University of Dayton. Click HERE if you are interested in partnering with us to support your athletes.

We, women, deserve better care!

Diabetes/Heart Disease/Kidney Disease/ General Health

As registered dietitians, we are trained in medical nutrition therapy and the management of chronic disease through food choices and lifestyle changes. We have all had experience working in the hospital setting and outpatient centers to help our clients lower their A1c, lipids, cholesterol, improve their kidney function, and feel empowered to take charge of their health. If you are not sure whether we have experience with your diagnosis or if we could help, please book a discovery call HERE and Ashley will help you determine if we can help.
